The international fashion calendar kicked off with Men’s Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2024 in Milan and Paris, unveiling new visions from designers in two of Europe’s fashion capitals.

Sabato De Sarno showcased his debut menswear show for Gucci in Milan, while Raf Simons and Miuccia Prada continued to reimagine the concept of officewear at Prada. In Paris, Pharrell Williams presented an Americana-infused collection for Louis Vuitton as Jonathan Anderson offered a playful take on traditional masculinity at Loewe. Younger designers like Auralee’s Ryota Iwai, Bluemarble’s Anthony Alvarez and KidSuper’s Colm Dillane symbolized a new energy in the French capital.

Outside of the shows, overcast skies towered over both cities. Industry insiders reacted with bold garments punched up in vibrant shades of green, orange, yellow and red. Elsewhere, the cold weather inspired attendees to get creative with layering and outerwear. Avant-garde outfit compositions brought a sense of tension to more conventional silhouettes.

Below, discover three upcoming style moments as seen on the streets of Paris and Milan.
