The 2026 edition of the Nike Air Bakin 'Varsity Red' revives the late '90s basketball shoe designed by Eric Avar and worn on the NBA hardwood by Tim Hardaway. Secured with yellow rope laces, the upper combines a black mesh base with crimson synthetic nubuck overlays and a black rubberized mudguard. Nike Air branding decorates the tongue and heel. Underfoot, the extra-durable black rubber outsole wraps up the color-matched Phylon midsole, fitted with an encapsulated Air-Sole unit in the forefoot and an exposed Max Air unit in the heel.
