American football player Calvin Johnson used his nickname “Megatron” as the inspiration for his Air Trainer Sc Prm Qs. The Transformers-themed colorway comes dressed in mostly Anthracite with pops of Court Purple around the ankle, and Challenge Red on the Swoosh, tongue, and laces. Continuing the theme are a Megatron logo at the heel and a circuit board graphic on the side — a call out to the ‘Decepticons,’ the antagonists of the Transformers franchise.
