The Air revolution kicked off with the release of the Nike Air Max 1 in 1987, the first shoe to put Air cushioning on display. This April 2018 edition, the Wmns Air Max 1 'Triple White,' revises the original sneaker for women in a fully white, mesh and suede upper. Its construction follows the original design lines sketched by Tinker Hatfield, sitting atop a white foam sole with a clear Max Air unit and rubber tread.
