This July 2016 collaboration brings together retail chain Villa and rapper Wale, whose appreciation for professional wrestling was the basis for the design of the ASICS Gel-Lyte 3 ‘Intercontinental Champion.’ The shiny metallic gold finish on the shoe’s leather upper, inspired by WWE’s championship belt, is complemented by a black neoprene collar and pops of Blue Moon on the eyelets, speckled midsole and rubber outsole.
