Released in 2016, the adidas Tubular Invader Strap 'Dark Blue' updates the look of the 1994 limited release. The dark blue suede upper provides a premium look, while decorative dots on the large mid-foot strap mirror the perforations on the vamp. A rubber heel strap and embossed Three-Stripes add texture to the smooth silhouette. The ridged portion at the heel adds contrast to the smooth midsole.
