New York restaurant The Meatball Shop’s fourth partnership with Vans involved remixing the brand’s classic checkerboard design on the iconic Sk8-Hi. Featuring a suede and canvas construction on the upper, the shoe’s black and white checkered quarter panel is accented with a series of cartoon meatballs that allude to the restaurant’s specialty menu offerings. The Meatball Shop branding appears on the heel.
