This Old Skool colorway was a collaboration between Vans, Supreme, and controversial artist Andres Serrano. The shoe features Serrano's 'Blood and Semen' artwork on the side panels with a white Jazz Stripe, and black suede on the toe, eyelets, and heel. Released in September 2017, the 'Blood and Semen' pack also included similarly themed colorways for the Sk8-Hi and Chukka silhouettes.
