In the late 70s, Nike basketball shoes like the Blazer were regularly co-opted by skateboarders, a development that caught the attention of a young Lance Mountain. Decades later, the memory would prompt Mountain to select the Blazer for his Nike SB collaborations. This colorway from July 2018 features a faded blue finish on the all-suede upper, accented by an Off-White Swoosh and an embroidered English rose on the heel – an ode to Lance’s British father.
