In a summer 2017 collaboration with adidas, Pharrell Williams reinterprets the iconic Stan Smith tennis shoe with the Tennis Hu. This sneaker's upper is wrapped in a Raw Pink one-piece mesh and fastened with tonal laces. The leather and TPU tongue and heel tabs feature dual-branding. At the heel and forefoot, Tactile Rose rubber pieces are inserted into the white, waffle-cut EVA foam outsole to help improve grip and durability. Subtle Three-Stripes stitching at the midfoot hints to the iconic adidas trademark.
