Debuting in 2015 as a brand new silhouette, the adidas NMD references several of the brand's heritage styles, such as the Micro Pacer, Rising Star and Boston Super. The kids-sized NMD_R1 'Core Black' adds an edgy look to the mix, with a black Primeknit upper marked by a spray paint like effect around the Three-Stripes, heel branding, and the forward midsole plug. At the bottom, the shoe is supported by adidas' ultra-responsive Boost cushioning.
