It is no secret that Michael Jordan had an affinity for speed. Designed with his love of cars in mind, Nike created the Air Jordan 14 in 1998 as a nod to Jordan's Ferrari 550. The Jumpman Quick 23, initially dubbed the 'Jumpman Quick 6,' was NBA hoops icon Eddie Jones' second signature shoe for Nike in 1998. Making a retro return in May 2017 to celebrate 20 years, the Jordan Jumpman Quick 23 features the same Ferrari-inspired AJ14 logo, triggering memories of basketball's past.
