Launched in March 2019, creative director Jannik Davidsen and Puma imagine a post-apocalyptic world with the Alteration PN-1 as part of the 'Co. Creative' collection. This version makes reference to the outskirts of Copenhagen in Celery crinkled textile balanced by tonal leather and suede overlays with minimal lacing. A co-branding statement is printed on the insole. Its curvaceous, tiered midsole and contrast rubber outsole provide full-length support.
