Revealed in September 2019, the limited-run Engineered Garments x New Balance 990v5 combines the Japanese label's ethos of reinterpreting classic American design with the sportswear brand's innovation. This edition has a black mixed-material upper in asymmetrical layouts on either shoe and signature 'N' patches. Special elements include a rubberized tongue tag and co-branded insole. The matching Encap midsole and rubber outsole manage comfort and grip.
