Released in November 2009, the Nike Dunk High Premium SB 'Brain Wreck’ was the third pair of Dunks designed by Todd Bratrud. The Pavement Grey suede upper is accented with a neutral grey Swoosh and Vivid Pink highlights on the leather tongue and toe box. The high-top skate shoe also boasts a custom graphic on the insole, a brain-like stitching pattern on the inner lining and oversized ‘BRAIN’ and WRECK’ lettering on the heels.
