In September 2007, Vans tapped Japanese-based streetwear brand WTAPS to reimagine the classic Chukka 59. This edition is divided in canvas and suede, with a printed crossbones motif based on a Powell Peralta logo from the 80s featured on the counter. Leather laces and matte metal eyelets elevate the look while co-branded labels issue a stamp of approval. The vulcanized sole is finished with signature waffle tread to round out the design.
