The Nike Air VaporMax Premier Flyknit ‘Multicolor’ sneaker was released for Fall 2018 with a higher-cut ankle collar and a strap locking down the midfoot. The 2017 Air VaporMax marked the first time Air cushioning was presented without a midsole or sockliner. The design arose from seeking a more efficient use of Air, and to feel it in a new way. This iteration follows suit with a breathable Flyknit upper and full-length translucent VaporMax sole.
