The original Nike Air Presto from 2000 promised T-shirt-level comfort. The Nike Air Presto Utility from 2017 adds black synthetic leather across the vamp. The neoprene collar remains, as does the midfoot cage and heel support. A matching black foam midsole is contrasted by a white heel unit, with Nike Air cushioning within.
