Built to withstand the outdoor elements, the Nike Air Presto Utility features a weather-resistant application on the upper while maintaining the shoe’s sock-like fit. Its neoprene sockliner works in conjunction with the caging and external heel counter to wrap the foot. The original design of the shoe encouraged customers to purchase the sneaker two sizes too small. This formed the basis of Nike’s “T-shirt for your foot” campaign, which offered the shoe in tee sizes (small, medium, XXL, etc) instead of the usual half-size increments.
