The Nike Air Max 97 GS 'Iridescent' came out November 2018 for grade school kids in a shimmering color combination featuring teal, blue, green and violet. Mirroring the design of the adult shoe crafted by Christian Tresser, this kids' version features wavy layers reminiscent of water ripples on a pond. And depending on which angle the light hits the surface, the colors change and rearrange in a unique visual twist. Under the heel, visible Max Air cushioning softens each step.
