Nike gives the Air Max 97 a simple colorway with a bold highlight. This iteration of the 90s runner swaps out the standard leather mudguard for a patent leather application, which is finished in blue. Additional hits of blue appear on the lateral-side and tongue Swooshes, but the rest of the wavy mesh upper remains intact. The sneaker also features the full-length Max Air cushioning unit that defines the silhouette.
