The Nike Air Max 90 ‘Safari’ borrows an iconic design motif that first appeared on the Nike Air Safari from 1987 — like the AM90, a shoe that sprang from the mind of Nike design legend Tinker Hatfield. Here, Safari print is utilized on the sneaker’s stitched leather overlays and woven laces, while the rest of the upper combines a perforated black leather tox box with TPU accents in Safety Orange. A matching midsole wedge surrounds the signature Max Air unit under the heel.
