The Nike Air Max 1 ‘Puerto Rico Day - Blue Gale’ represents one-half of a sneaker pack celebrating Puerto Rico. The retro runner features an off-white textile upper with contrasting pastel blue accents on the leather midfoot overlay and suede mudguard. In addition to a jeweled Swoosh, unique branding elements include ‘Puerto Rico’ lace dubrae and a woven tongue tag that displays a piragua (a Puerto Rican shaved ice dessert). Nike Air branding is embroidered in crimson lettering on the left heel, while ‘Puerto Rico’ is inscribed on the right.
