The Air Jordan 15 Low BG offers a low-cut version of the first model to come out after Michael Jordan's second retirement. Released in 2000, the kids' shoe is presented with a design inspired by the X-15 fighter jet and a woven Kevlar aramid fiber upper. It comes with a protruding tongue in honor of MJ and signature details featured throughout. Midnight Navy accents are found on the lining, branding, heel pull tab, midsole and outsole, which includes a nod to Jordan's date of birth, '2.17.'
