Twins Camilla and Giulia Venturini launched Medea in 2018 in Milan, Italy. Beginning with leather shopping bags, the brand has expanded over the years to encompass a wide range of styles such as jewelry, belts and footwear. The sisters' passion for art and activism informs everything the label pursues, including collaborations with Kiko Kostadinov, Peter Do and Nan Goldin. Designed exclusively for MANIFESTO, this purple edition of Medea's Venti bag is executed entirely in leather. The piece is customized with unique textual phrases by Italian artist Sagg Napoli on either side.
