Arriving in late winter of 2017, the Nike Wmns Air Huarache 'Sail Glacier Blue' provided a look ahead to warmer weather with a ladies-only colorway inspired by the sky and 'Electrolime' sun. In 1991, designer Tinker Hatfield was influenced by the pull-on fit style of water-skiing boots to create a shoe with a similar, stretchy neoprene construction. He placed a flexible yet supportive containment system around it, and the Huarache was born.
