In September 2019, adidas celebrated the East Asian Moon Festival with a special edition of the UltraBoost 4.0. The sneaker's black Primeknit bootie plays base to a Three-Stripes midfoot cage and matching lace closure. Chinese graphics are printed on the tongue label and external heel counter. Mounted on a Stretchweb outsole with Continental Rubber, the orange Boost midsole symbolizes a traditional mooncake.
