Converse TheSoloist x Jack Purcell Zip Ox 'Black Americana'
Influenced by Seattle's grunge scene, designer Takahiro Miyashita from the Japanese TheSoloist brand collaborated with Converse to reveal the TheSoloist x Jack Purcell Zip Ox in May 2019. The 'Black Americana' motif features alternating white and black on a traditional canvas upper while a zip-up design offers closure up top. Accenting the sneaker, vertical laces work through metal eyelets along the vamp and a dual-branded vintage license plate hits the heel in black.
