Working with Spanish footwear retailer Sivasdescalzo, adidas pays homage to the 1982 World Cup with the Sobakov Boost. This version—debuted in June 2019—works a vibrant color palette inspired by the official mascot, Naranjito, into the mesh, leather and suede upper. Warped Three-Stripes and offset laces recall the Predator Precision from the 2000s. Wrapping the Boost midsole, a sculpted outsole with herringbone tread serves as the defining feature.
