Japanese brand Porter and German sportswear label adidas collaborated to create the PORTER Japan x NMD_C1 sneaker, which first debuted in June 2017. The construction of this shoe is made with a nylon-like material from Porter’s Tanker line, which draws inspiration from U.S. Military MA-1 Flight jackets. The tongue features a patch emblazoned with Porter branding while the adidas name and Trefoil logo makes an appearance near the toe of the shoe in this East-meets-West design.
