Made in collaboration with the footwear design academy, the Pensole x Gel Kayano Trainer ‘Orange Black Gold’ draws inspiration from the Daruma doll, a traditional Japanese talisman symbolizing good fortune. The retro runner uses a red mesh and suede upper, accented with black tiger stripes and metallic gold detailing on the eyestay and heel. It all rides on a white foam midsole with visible ASICS Gel cushioning at the heel.
