Amsterdam’s Patta teams up with Experimental Jetset, an independent graphic design studio similarly based in the Dutch capital, on the Converse Chuck 70 High ‘Patta Psychogeographic Practice.’ Inspired by city exploration, the high-top utilizes a white canvas upper with screen-printed graphics made up of overlapping blue and red arrows. Printed text on each tongue reads ‘… to walk is to read — to read is to walk’ on the left shoe and ‘the city is an infrastructure of language …’ on the right. A matching white midsole, featuring the Chuck 70’s signature glossy sidewalls, is reinforced by mismatched rubber outsoles in blue and red.
