Using a pair of their heritage Freestyle shoes as a template, Le Coq Sportif joined forces with Parisian retailer Opium for the collaborative Opium x R1000 'Made In France' sneaker. Released in March 2019, the shoe is constructed of a leather, suede and mesh upper, accented with pink and purple overlays, a nod to the Freestyle. Highlighted by Le Coq Sportif and Opium logos, the design is completed with a retro sculpted sole.
