On February 4, 2017, adidas dropped the NMD R1 ‘Black Gum’ sneaker. Although it looks a lot like the other core-black NMDs, this shoe’s gum colored toe tip and outsole set it apart from the rest. It also features an elastic, sock-fit collar. The NMD R1 ‘Black Gum’ was released alongside the NMD R1 ‘White Gum’ as part of the ‘Gum Pack.’
