Miley Cyrus and Converse reimagined classic silhouettes when the two joined forces for a May 2018 release. The Miley Cyrus x Chuck Taylor All Star Lift is one example, featuring a platform sole unit covered in silver glitter. The same glittery motif is repeated on the flat laces, complemented by a canvas upper finished in a pale pink hue. A recurring bandana-print featured throughout the collection appears on the custom sockliner, while an additional repeating motif – a stylized ‘MC’ smiley-face logo – adorns the heel and lace jewels.
