During the fall 2011 season, Nike Basketball created a Kentucky University colorway of LeBron’s signature line for the first time. The LeBron 9 ‘Kentucky’ sports a black and Varsity Blue Hyperfuse construction with Flywire technology and black engineered textile wings. Underfoot, the shoe comes equipped with a Max 180 Air unit in the heel, a Zoom unit in the forefoot and a multi-directional traction pattern on the outsole.
