Kobe Bryant's sheath logo graces the tongue and back heel in Court Purple. Lightweight cushioning is provided by a drop-in React foam midsole, replacing the Lunarlon foam of the original Kobe 8. Underfoot, the herringbone-traction rubber outsole reveals a bottom-loaded carbon fiber shank plate for midfoot stability.
