The Karl Lagerfeld x Roma 'Polka Dot' sneaker debuted in May 2019 as one of two shoes designed in honor of the fashion visionary, who passed in February of the same year. This posthumously released sneaker features polka dots synonymous with Lagerfeld's style and circular branding. The shoe features a leather upper with a satin-like finish and a blue textile lining. An EVA foam midsole and rubber outsole offer comfort native to the '68 Roma silhouette.
