Melrose skate shop Brooklyn Projects teamed up with Nike SB on the Dunk High for the ‘Paparazzi,’ referencing Los Angeles’ abundance of photographers snapping photos of various celebrities. Featuring a black leather and suede upper that’s stamped with flash designs with a 3M application, the shoe also incorporates a camera icon with the Brooklyn Projects logo on the heel. The shoe is contrasted with a Valiant Red velvet panel on the collar to symbolize the red ropes that keep photographers at a distance from celebrities at public events.
