The D Rose 7 features a Primeknit and mesh upper in black, also sporting leather overlays on the eyestay and a synthetic heel counter for structure. Scarlet details appear on the laces, heel wrap and Three-Stripes branding, giving the shoe a Chicago Bulls-style colorway. A white Boost midsole and patterned outsole provide contrast.
