The adidas D Lillard 1 was the first signature sneaker for Damian Lillard. This adidas D Lillard 1 'Night of the Ballin' Dead’ colorway dropped for Halloween in 2015. It features a black upper with a reflective zombie brain print overlay, purple eyelets, and pink laces. The sole unit includes speckled detailing on the midsole with green glow-in-the-dark slime that oozes from the base of the upper down the midsole to the glow-in-the-dark outsole.
