The 2017 Nike Cortez SE 'Afro Punk’ draws inspiration from the apparel of the Afropunk scene of the 1970s and 80s. It features a black synthetic Swoosh on a dark Obsidian denim textile base, along with a colorful African textile print on the nylon tongue and heel notch. A crisp white foam midsole with a black streak offsets the darker shades up top.
