The Nike Air Presto X Doernbecher Freestyle strips down the classic runner for a minimalist aesthetic. This sneaker was crafted as part of an annual collaboration with the Doernbecher Children's Hospital, which each year produces a patient-designed collection to help raise spirits and funds for the hospital. Designed by cancer survivor Joe MacDonald, this 'Wolf Grey' edition—emerging in September 2017—ditches the characteristic lacing and cage on the graphic print bootie. An extended tongue aids entry, while contrast TPU heel and toe guards provide supportive durability. The shoe's Air-Sole and flexible rubber outsole provide the same feel offered by the original.
