Nike released the Air More Uptempo QS 'Atlanta' sneaker in December 2017 as part of a city-inspired pack. The 1996 Air More Uptempo was a favorite of Chicago Bulls legend, Scottie Pippen, and became one of the most memorable basketball sneakers of that era. This version boasts a leather upper that swaps the signature ‘AIR’ text for ‘ATL’ and adds embroidered city benchmarks to the counter: a peach and ‘404’—Atlanta’s area code.
