The Nike Air Max Plus ‘Shattered Ice’ adds a graphic design element to the retro runner originally released in 1998. A hectic allover print inspired by cracked ice enlivens the mesh upper, fortified with a translucent TPU cage and synthetic leather overlays in Midnight Navy. A small jewel Swoosh adorns the quarter panel, while Nike’s classic Tuned Air logo decorates the back heel. The sneaker rides on a polyurethane midsole with visible Air-sole cushioning and a TPU shank plate that mimics the look of a whale tail coming out of the water.
