The HUF x Nike Air Max 90 Current Huarache ‘Hufquake’ is one of the four silhouettes that make up a 2006 sneaker pack developed in partnership with the San Francisco-based streetwear/sneaker shop founded by Keith Hufnagel. The collection’s thematic through-line is the 100th anniversary of the 1906 San Francisco earthquake, evinced on this pair with the application of crackle-print overlays on a black textile base. Contrasting royal blue accents land on the neoprene tongue and translucent heel cage. The modernized Air Max 90 is mounted on a Nike Free-inspired midsole, complete with the requisite Max Air unit under the heel.
