The Nike Air Max 90 debuted in 1990 as an update on the groundbreaking Air Max 1 silhouette from three years earlier. Designed by Tinker Hatfield, the AM90 features a sophisticated paneled upper with a larger Max Air unit compared to the AM1. This model from June 2011 boasts a stylish White, Obsidian and Medium Grey palette. The shoe sports a translucent cushioning unit below, encircled by foam and reinforced with rubber tread.
