A China-exclusive release, the Air Jordan 6 Retro 'Xuanwu' pays homage to one of China's four mythical beasts, which represent the four cardinal directions, seasons, and elements. The championship silhouette sports a black leather upper with raw edges and burnished details inspired by a tortoise shell. Brogue-like perforations decorate the side panels, while Nike Air branding is debossed on the heel. The subdued design is elevated with metallic gold accents, including the embroidered Jumpman that decorates the lace cover. The sneaker sits atop a solid black polyurethane midsole, fitted with a visible Air heel unit and supported by a translucent rubber outsole.
