The Air Jordan 5 Retro PS 'Laney' pays tribute to Emsley A. Laney High School in Wilmington, North Carolina, which Michael Jordan attended. Released in February 2019, this kids' shoe is decorated in Varsity Royal, Light Charcoal and Varsity Maize. It includes elements of the silhouette first seen in 1990 with Jumpman branding, a premium upper and a shark-tooth design on the midsole. Completing the model is MJ's number '23' embroidered on the heel counter.
