The Air Jordan 36 ‘First Light’ features a colorful palette that nods to twin inspirations: ultraviolet rays and a new generation of basketball talent that illuminates the path for the future of Jordan. The ultra-lightweight silhouette is clad in a flexible Jacquard Leno-Weave upper in a blend of purple and Hyper Violet. A purple iridescent Jumpman logo decorates a lace guard inspired by the Air Jordan 6, while a pull loop at the heel displays ‘Thirtysix’ and Nike Air branding. Responsive cushioning is provided by a full-length Zoom Air Strobel and a Zoom Air unit stacked under the forefoot. A speckled Phylon midsole, featuring a hollowed-out section that reveals a midfoot shank plate, is reinforced by a translucent herringbone outsole in Bright Mango.
